A can of instant snow is no-longer needed to make this mild winter feel like Michigan. A massive snowstorm swept our area last night, and the snow continues to pour down.
Northern Mid-Michigan should expect 6 inches by this evening when the storms dies off. Southern Mid-Michigan could see up to 7 inches of the white stuff on the ground.
Snow plows have been on the road all night and are still working hard at this hour. It could take up to 36 hours to clear the roads completely due to the mass of the snow and the continuously accumulating snow. With many roads still messy, you are being advised to avoid driving today. If you absolutely have to drive, give yourself an extra hour to do so.
MarkHeidemanTV will continue to work hard to update you on the latest storm conditions.
