After the U.S. Secret Service's scandal in Colombia, the Secret Service travel laws have changed to prevent embarrasing incidents like this from happening again.
According to UPI, the new policy dramatically limits foreign visitors inside of the hotel rooms of the Secret Service. The new policy also bans Secret Service members from drinking alcohol 10 hours before a conference.
This new policy was set in place to sum up the older laws that were said to be "too vague".
